4.1 c44444 reserves the right to require verification of your identity, age, address and payment methods at any time, in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and responsible gaming standards.
4.2 Verification documents may include, without limitation: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence); proof of address; and evidence of ownership of payment methods used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other method).
4.3 c44444 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals and gameplay pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
4.4 Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
5.1 c44444 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to minimum deposit thresholds as published on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your c44444 Account balance in real time in the majority of cases. c44444 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible. c44444 reserves the right to route withdrawals through any available payment channel where the original method is unavailable.
5.4 Before processing any withdrawal, c44444 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed where an active wagering requirement on Bonus Funds remains outstanding against the withdrawal amount.
5.5 c44444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond c44444's control and remain your responsibility.
5.6 c44444 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account balance in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or pending KYC verification.
6.1 c44444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotions at its sole discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered using real-money funds before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
6.3 c44444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms or cancel a player's entitlement to a bonus at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied. Unused Bonus Funds expire as specified in the individual promotion terms.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on c44444 are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player after placement, except where c44444's specific game or sportsbook rules expressly permit in-play cash-out or cancellation within a defined window.

7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the c44444 system records shall be the definitive reference. Players may submit a dispute via the c44444 support team within 30 days of the disputed event.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c44444 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 c44444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable).
9.2 Players may activate these tools at any time via their Account settings or by contacting c44444 support. Once a self-exclusion is applied, c44444 will use reasonable technical and procedural measures to prevent access to the Account for the specified duration.
9.3 Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance may be withheld pending review.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits c44444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12.1 Your use of the c44444 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described therein.
12.2 c44444 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions.
13.1 c44444 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.
13.2 Your continued use of the c44444 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request closure of your account.
